EU Scholarship Scheme in Kosovo

The project is implemented by the French Company SOFRECO SA, with a team composed by a European expert and local staff.

The Team

Edoardo Spacca, Team Leader. Edoardo is an Italian national graduated in International Relations, European Politics and in Criminology, and he has been working as project manager and expert in several EU funded projects across Europe as well as in the Community of Independent States. He was a resident expert in Pristina from August 2005 until end of 2006, during which time was actively involved in the implementation of the first 3 Rounds of the Young Cell Scheme Scholarship. Currently based in Kiev, Ukraine, he travels regularly to Pristina to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

Violeta Ademi, Office Manager. Violeta is a Kosovan national with a vast experience in EU funded projects, where she works since 2004. In quality of Office Manager she has been involved in all Rounds of the Young Cell Scheme.
